2. Streamlined End-to-End eResolutions
Chasing directors for signatures and juggling fragmented email chains is now a thing of the past. The newly designed Resolutions Page serves as a central hub for the entire lifecycle of a circular resolution.

3. Centralised Forms & Enhanced Reporting
We have completely overhauled our Forms Module to make data collection and compliance reporting more flexible, secure, and professional.
Forms no longer need to be anchored to a specific meeting date. This allows company secretaries to issue standalone administrative forms, such as annual conflicts of interest disclosures, director evaluations, or skills matrix updates. Furthermore, data analysis is now simpler than ever: you can instantly export form responses directly into spreadsheets, CSV files, or PDFs for board packs and compliance reporting.
