Meeting Resource Library

Meetings often have associated documents that pertain to the meeting, but are not suitable for inclusion into the meeting packet itself.

The Meeting Resources Library has been developed to satisfy this need to store documents or video resources against a meeting.

Meeting Resource Items

Any type of BoardCloud supported file can be uploaded as a meeting resource. (See BoardCloud supported file types)

In addition, YouTube videos can also be linked and viewed from within the meeting.

Resource files in a meeting library can be opened and read using the standard BoardCloud system viewer. 

YouTube videos that have been added to a library can be opened directly from the the meeting.
