Version 8.0 upgrades BoardCloud's form builder making it easier to collect a wide variety of data from board members. Forms are distributed directly to members by email and, once completed, responses are automatically collated for administrators to review. Flexible by design, the form builder supports everything from disclosure of interest forms and questionnaires to image collection. Form Distribution
Once developed, a form can be distributed:
- As a standalone form distributed by email to selected members
- As part of the meeting agenda to be completed by attendees
- Attached to specific committee
Completed forms can be exported as PDFs (for example, when including form responses as part of an audit process).
Form Data
- Completed forms are stored in the forms database and will accumulate historical data over years.
